I made the mistake today of installing my latest Magento site using the default admin path. Being a fan of security through obscurity, I wanted to change this!

I’m currently having problems install plugins via the wordpress admin pages with a manual installation of wordpress.  Pretty sure that it’s a file permission or owner problem. Will update this post with details of the fix for future reference.

Just installed the WordPress iPhone app. It’s got some pretty poor reviews however it looks promising to me. So far I have been able to create two new blog categories, and type this post. Random picture to follow as a test!

I have long since lost count of the number of personal / portfolio websites I have created for myself over the years.  Each time,  without fail, I have meticulously researched and crafted the text of the first post. You only get one chance to make a first impression – right?
